  1. I think it would be cool to have all three on one big chart: Allomancy, Feruchemy, and Hemalurgy.

    ReplyDelete
  2. Hemalurgy would be the obvious one, to complete the set.

Less obvious but also interesting would be a Heightening chart - one with the different heightenings and the abilities that come with them. Perhaps some designs that could only be seen by people of the third heightening or above (I'm sure some of your buyers would fall under that).

    1. I agree, Tim and Musicspren! Having all three would be great. And I'd certainly also be interested in a Heightening chart!

  3. Lets see here. I would really like a giant poster of the cover of Way of Kings. That framed? Beautiful. But I bet Michael Whelan is holding on to those rights pretty tight.

Also, you should certainly announce the winner BEFORE the order time arrives.

    1. In fact, you can get an art print of the Way of Kings cover over at Michael's website: http://michaelwhelan.com/catalog/product_info.php?products_id=350

It's a gorgeous print. Highly recommended.

    2. From existing art. I'd go with a map of Elantris and the four cities around it.

Not from existing art. Syl from way of kings perched on Kal's shoulder ultra close up so you only see half of Kal's face. That would make a nice image.

  4. I would LOVE a great big yellow print of The Elendel Daily from Alloy of Law!

Also, the back inside cover of The Way of Kings, even though I don't know how to tell the 10 apart yet.

    ReplyDelete
  5. I think the Surgebinding Diagram from the front of the Way of Kings would look beautiful in a large print. In fact, any of the colour pages from tWoK would be amazing :)

    ReplyDelete
  6. Anything from tWoK. Long way to go in that series so would be cool to get fun things like this in between books.

    ReplyDelete
  7. I would like to see a star chart showing the different worlds of the cosmere as well as the shards present on those worlds... maybe with some small spoilers as to other worlds and shards we have yet to see would be awesome.

    ReplyDelete
  8. I think that there should be an art print from Elantris, I really enjoyed that book and there doesn't seem to be anything Elantris-based in the store, Brandon's also writing a sequel to it this year so it would be great timing.

    ReplyDelete
  9. A drawing of the Heralds from tWoK. I'd love to see their detail in the swords and armor that they wore. That'd be pretty cool.

    ReplyDelete
  10. I would like a print of the Aleghi codes of war :) They are also good codes for life as well.

    ReplyDelete
  11. i agree, anything from the way of kings would be awesome. i'd love to have something WoK to hang on the way of our game room!

    ReplyDelete
  12. The front page of the Elendel Daily from Alloy of Law would be cool.

    ReplyDelete
  13. The Kharbranth image from Way of Kings would be nice.

  15. Thank you so much for this opportunity! :D

I'm in love with maps in general and Warbreaker is my favorite of your books, so I'd adore a print of that! I honestly can't decide if I'd rather it stay in black and white or include color, but I'm sure either would be fantastic!

    ReplyDelete
  16. Like others have said, pretty much anything from WoK, but the Shattered Plains map specifically would be awesome.

    ReplyDelete
  17. I would really Like the Surgebinding Diagram from tWOK. :)

    ReplyDelete
  18. I think a sort of 'diagram' or technical data on a soul-caster from Way of Kings (almost like a blue print) could be a neet idea.

    ReplyDelete
  19. codes of war would be cool, or hemalurgy to finish the mistborn art set

    ReplyDelete
  20. Hemalurgy for sure. I think that would be awesome

    ReplyDelete
  21. I'd love to see a series of small posters with the art from The Way of Kings. Those really brought me into the world more, especially the drawing of Chulls, as seen here:

    http://brandonsanderson.com/images/wok/tWoK_SKETCHBOOK-2_CHULLS-webres.jpg

To have a map would be great too, especially since we'll be roaming around Roshar for years to come.

    ReplyDelete
  22. Wonderful! I really loved the drawing of Kharbranth and the Alethi Codes of War in The Way of Kings. They would be awesome as prints. Actually anything from WoK would be awesome.

    ReplyDelete
  23. I agree with those that think a poster with all three mistborn magic systems would be cool.

    ReplyDelete
  24. I'd like to see an artfully formatted poster of the Elantris glyphs.

    ReplyDelete
  25. I would love any print you came up with. I think a Hemalurgy print would be awesome or a print with all charts. I have a special place in my heart for Elantris though and would absolutely love a chart of all the symbols from that book. It is the first Sanderson book I ever read.

    ReplyDelete
  26. A map of Elantris would be awesome.

    ReplyDelete
  27. I would love to see the maps from Way of Kings!

    ReplyDelete
  28. I would love to see the Alethi Codes of War as a print.

    ReplyDelete
  29. A map of Elantris would be awesome.

    ReplyDelete
  30. I really would like a zoological poster of the differnt animals used in The Way of Kings. All those awesome crab monsters and shell animals and sky eels. Or a poster of the different Spryns(did I spell that right? Haven't read the book in a long time) would make for a really cool poster too.

    ReplyDelete
  31. I'm always a geek for fantasy maps, but Elantris glyphs would be fantastic too.

    ReplyDelete
  32. This looks so awesome. My nerdar is pinging off the charts!

    ReplyDelete
  33. A collage of all the sketches within The Way of Kings.

    ReplyDelete
  34. The Axehound artwork page from TWoK is pretty cool, but I'd truly adore an artistic chart of the Ars Arcanum. The 10 essences and their historical associations? Awesome.

    ReplyDelete
  35. Any of Shallan's diary pages would be amazing! Or really, anything from Way of Kings, love that book!

    ReplyDelete
  36. A print of the modern Roshar would be gorgeous, especially if some sort of color could be worked in. I'd also enjoy seeing a print of a map on Nalthis (Warbreaker world) at some point, but that would probably require working a lot with Brandon so it may not be feasible. Either way, the Feruchemical table looks awesome, great work!

  38. How about a group photo of the Mistborn crew?

    ReplyDelete
  39. Shadesmar would look fantastic hanging on my wall. Also, anything involving crabwasps would be awesome. And some of Shallon's diary pages/drawings, done to look similar to DaVinci's diagrams...

    ReplyDelete
  40. I'd like to see one of the pages of sketches by the character Shallan Davar from The Way of Kings. Some of the creatures look very cool and a print would fit in marvelously with some of our artworks :)

    ReplyDelete
  41. A full color map of the Elendel Basin would look pretty cool as well.

    ReplyDelete
  42. I'll say that I'd also LOVE to see a print with the sketches from Shallan in the Way of Kings. Could either do one page for the print, or a collage type thing with numerous pages (or parts of pages). I'm a huge fan of creatures... and I think it would look pretty sweet up on my wall somewhere!

    ReplyDelete
  43. I have just started Mistborn, but have loved Brandon Sanderson's writing for a long time. There would be so many things, but I would have to agree with the above post, about the pages of sketches from Shallan Davar in the Way of Kings... that would be awesome!

    ReplyDelete
  44. How about one of the inscriptions in the Lord Ruler's caverns:

"I Write those words in steel for anything else not set in metal cannot be trusted..."

    ReplyDelete
  45. Either a giant map of everywhere in TWoK or physical posters of Shallan's drawings! Actually, both.

    ReplyDelete
  46. I would just love a chart of ALL the hemalurgic bindpoints.
Barring that, A full scale drawing of an underwear-ed Marsh.
Maybe A timeline that has the illustrated points of where all the books take place.

OR! HEY! A spren chart, with the drawings of Shallon and Axies, and all of his notes on them. that would actually be really cool, even if it would be sorely complete.
...wouldn't mind their honor/cultivation ratio listed either...
with footnotes on how precisely Honor and Cultivation's spiritual energy come together. Yeah. That.

  47. I personally would like big, maybe almost poster size, blow ups of the maps in the mistborn series and others as well.

  49. I'm all in for the Surgebinding chart, that would look awesome on my wall!

    ReplyDelete
  50. Having read through other people's suggestions, I would like to see Hemalurgy and world maps. Now that I have the Mistborn game, a Map would be very helpful.

    ReplyDelete
  51. I'm all in for the Surgebinding chart, that would look awesome on my wall!

    ReplyDelete
  52. The Roshar map is gorgeous. I'll vote for that.

Although the Shattered Plains map could be valuable too ... kind of depends on what greater significance the Plains end up having as the series goes on.

    ReplyDelete
  53. So many cool choices, but probably the hemalurgy chart to complete the set.

    ReplyDelete
  54. A print of the sketches by Shallan all on one poster would be really cool. I could be titled "The creatures of Roshar" or something similar. The world that you built in Roshar made me fall in love with the story. Not specifically the magic system, but the highstorms, creatures, seasons, plants, etc.

  56. I think an anatomical chart for hemalurgy would be cool, like where all the spike points are and what metals would do what, what side effects would be suffered, like you would see in a medical textbook.

    ReplyDelete
  57. A more organized version of the Elantris 'Ars Arcanum' would be pretty neat. Guess it depends on how structured the original system was in Brandon's mind, though. If I recall, it was based on a syllabary, much like the naming scheme of The Stormlight Archive...

    ReplyDelete
  58. A poster of all of the manifestations of Hoid would be brilliant, especially including the storytelling scene with Kaladin in WoK (and maybe some of his hilarious quips). My boyfriend and I would totally dig that, as massive Sanderson fiends!

    ReplyDelete
  59. I'd like to see 'The History of Man' chart from TWoK. Page 762 in the paperback. Or any of the maps.

    ReplyDelete
  60. HUGE fan! Hemalurgy would be awesome. ^^

    ReplyDelete
  61. I'd like to see a full print of Hemalurgy plus a map of the body where each of the binding points are since that's key to how Hemalurgy works. That would AMAZING!

    ReplyDelete
  62. Maybe a posterof Dalinar catching the chasmfiend's claw during the hunt with Elhokar on page 2o9 in the hardback. Or a poster of the picture Shallan drew of Jasnah when she was soulcasting the stone in Kharbranth.

    ReplyDelete
  63. I would love to see a poster showing all of the different iterations of Hoid.

    ReplyDelete
  64. I would really love to see the Aons. There are other prints that I would be excited to see, but I think I would like that one the most.

    ReplyDelete
  65. Hands down, make a poster from page 264 of Mistborn Adventure Game. It relates to Hemalurgy, and it would just be creepy awesome. xD

    ReplyDelete
  66. Any of the interior cover pictures from The Way of Kings would look spectacular!

    ReplyDelete
  67. I know that I would live to see the Aons from Elantris, they could offer some very interesting graphics. Also, I know that my #1 request is timelines, any sort of illustrated timeline would be awesome. Perhaps important events from the Mistborn Trilogy, where the line could actually be an iron spike or something!

    ReplyDelete
  68. The Battle of Twilight Falls from Warbreaker

    ReplyDelete
  69. A giant print of a drawing of the fight on the Tower from Way of Kings

    ReplyDelete
  70. A giant print of the cover of the Way of Kings

    ReplyDelete
  71. A table of abilities gained (and lost) from Warbreaker heightenings.
    OR
Somehow showing the combinations of alomantic and feruchemical mistings from Alloy of Law.

    ReplyDelete
  72. Hmm... I haven't read the Alloy of Law yet, so I don't know what all the mechanics are behind the interaction between feruchemy and allomancy, but if you could show all the twinborn possibilities and potential advantages (obviously for just the individual metals), that would be pretty sweet. And you could maybe have the allomancy symbols surrounding the feruchemy symbols (one correlating feruchemy symbol within each allomancy symbol).

    ReplyDelete
  73. The Shattered Plains map or the Codes of War.

    ReplyDelete
  74. I think it would be nice to have a chart for Allomancy, Feruchemy, and Hemalurgy, combined with a chart that shows Misting/Ferring twinborn combinations and what they're called.

    ReplyDelete
  75. It would be awesome to have a map of the Warbreaker world in the center then on the outside have all of the different heightening placed around it like a clock, starting with being a drab at the top with the poster being black and white and going clockwise around and as it blends into each heightening more color and vibrancy is added.

    ReplyDelete
  76. The crests of each faction of the knights radiant with each of their creeds would be cool if possibly spoilery.

    ReplyDelete
  77. A universe map with all the worlds labeled by which series takes place there and random/extra tidbits of information would be cool. Especially, as someone above noted, if Hoid's location on each was noted. :)

    ReplyDelete
  78. I would love to see a chart of the stormlight abilities.

    ReplyDelete
  79. The one I would like to see is a Hemalurgy one just to complete the set.

    ReplyDelete
  80. I'd like to see the map from Elantris as a new print, drawn by Isaac of course. :)

    ReplyDelete
    Replies
    1. I agree, Justin. That would be awesome. :)

      Delete
  81. How about a Warbreaker one. Maybe a picture of Sanderson breathing BioChromatic breath into a book thus bringing it to life as is his talent. I really enjoyed that and all of Sanderson's books that I've read

    ReplyDelete
  82. Dang forgot to say I would love to see a Surge binding type of print

    ReplyDelete
  83. Map of elantris, or an artwork with all the main characters from tWoT

    ReplyDelete
  84. I would love to see a prime map of the Shattered Plains print.

    ReplyDelete
  85. Would be great to have large prints of the maps of Scadrial, before and after Alloy

    ReplyDelete
  86. Would love something from Way of Kings - Shattered Plains would make a nice print, but also the inside cover of the hardback.

    ReplyDelete
  87. Alcatraz kingdoms would be awesome!

    --Andy

    ReplyDelete
  88. I would really enjoy maps and sketches from Way of Kings. Maybe even combining the two.

    ReplyDelete
  89. I would like to see either the surge/KR order chart or the map of the Alethi camp

    ReplyDelete
  90. I'll go with the WoK - Shattered Plains or Stormlight abilities.

    ReplyDelete
  91. Contest is now closed. I'm picking the winner!

    ReplyDelete
  92. Hemalurgy, of course. And Allomancy (again, I missed out) or Urteau (our stomping grounds in the Mistborn game) or Luthadel or ... Well any of Issac's work, really!

    ReplyDelete
  93. I'd also love to see one about Hemalurgy! These tables are great!

    ReplyDelete
  94. I would love to see the set completed with a Hemalurgical table. Also, a more detailed map of the Final Empire, or a table of the symbols used from Elantris would be cool to see.

    ReplyDelete
  95. shallan's sketches or any of the elemental tables! LOVED allomancy!

    ReplyDelete
  96. I would like to see a chart for the breaths and different heightening.

    ReplyDelete
  97. A poster of Kredik Shaw or Elantris would be amazing, or maybe a poster depicting the crew from Mistborn or Hero of Ages.

    ReplyDelete
  98. Hemalurgy is obvious, and maps are always good (from any book). Any of the Way of Kings art pages would be nice.

    Perhaps a nice Aon Chart.

    ReplyDelete
  99. I would love a picture of Sazed taking Ruin and Preservation as Scadrial burns around him, rolling around his arms,Bracers glinting off his arms, with some of the prophecies
"he will carry the fate on the world on his arms" somewhere

    ReplyDelete
  100. I'd like to see a chart of all the combinations of Feruchemical and Allomantic combinations, and nicknames.

    ReplyDelete
  101. I think a table of the different orders of knights radiant and their powers as well as differences between the orders, spren associated with them, and heralds for each order. and maybe which heros are associated with each order

    ReplyDelete
  102. I would love to see a small coffee table book with Shallan's sketches of the flora and fauna of The Way of Kings and perhaps with a more detailed description of each creature or plant. Like an explorer's field journal.

    ReplyDelete
